Installing the 
Real Media system

1) Access the course if you have not already done so by going to the Start menu, Programs, Marketing in International Business folder and Access the course icon, as shown below.

2)You will be asked to input your username, ALWAYS USE THE SAME ONE!

3) You will access the course and find yourself at the opening screen, 

4) Select your language option to access the course.

5) You will find yourself in the table of contents screen for the course, you should go to the  protection/configuration menu.

6) At the bottom of the screen you will see the line: "Important: the  course uses Real Media 7.0 to playback audio and video files. Click  here to see if you have the program installed. Click on the blue "here"  word.

7) If you don't know if Real Media is installed on your computer or not, just click on the "Check Real Media is Working" link.

8) If you hear an audio presentation, and the screen comes up with the real media player and Dialogue box as above, then you have Real Media correctly installed.

9) If you do not have the correct Real Media version  installed, go straight to the line where it says "Install Real Media from the CD-ROM". Click on the blue word CD ROM.

10) You will enter the setup of Real media.  It will first initialise as shown above...

11) Then the first installation screen will appear.   You should just click on Next,

12) Click on Accept, as shown above,

13) Enter your e-mail address, click Next,

14) and click Finish.

15) the Real Player will run and you will be shown your e-mail address and be asked what country you are in. Select your country from the drop down menu and click next.

16) You will be asked what modem you have, select the appropriate modem type from the drop down menu and click next.

17) You will now be asked a series of questions, just answer them as you deem appropriate to your needs. Click next again,

18) More questions and next again,

19) Still more questions and next again,

20) And at last, click Finished.


You have now installed Real Media on your computer system!
