MSc Studies : University of Bath, England. I had my MSc degree by research
in the end of 1987. Title of my thesis is Off-line Optimal Control System
Identification and Design. I also have a paper called On Deterministic
System Identification.

English Studies : Six months in Middle East Technical University / Ankara
and six months in Regent School of English / London during 1985.

University : Technical University of Istanbul. I was graduated as an
electronics and communication engineer in 1984. My final year project is A
Computer Simulation of Blood Circulation.

WORK EXPERIENCE :

HAT BILGIISLEM A.S. : February 1999 - present. I established this company as
a major share holder. Target of HAT is become a pinoeer in e-business field
as an internet solution provider.

ROMAR AS : October 1994 - February 1999 : My last positon is as Foreign
Trade Manager who responsible all purchasing and export sales activities. I
started to ROMAR as a senior product manager for networking, Apple
peripherals and multimedia products to dealer channel and large accounts.

ZET Bilgi Islem Ltd. : I founded this company in September 1993 with two
other partners. Our target was to resell networking and multimedia products
to end-users. I was Manager of the company and responsible for all sales &
marketing activities. However, because of economic crises in 1994, I quit by
October 1994.

3P Bilgisayar Ltd. : September 1992 - September 1993 : I was PC &
Workstation Manager for 3P's third party products, also supporting HP
Macintosh products and organising technical support team. I were responsible
all sales & marketing activities to dealer channel and end-users.

KAKTUS AS : January - August 1992 : Worked as a Company Manager and
Technical Coordinator . The goal of the company was selling third party
products to Apple dealers all over country.

YTM Ltd : July 1989 - December 1991 : My last position is as deputy general
manager who responsible for all operations related to technical and sales
teams and distributor - dealer relations for ADOBE and MACVONK. I started as
a project manager for software development. YTM is an Apple dealer ranked as
5th in 1990 and 6th in 1991 among all Apple dealers in Turkey.
